Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and INKZIO governing access to inkzio.store and related services. By placing an order, creating an account, or using our Design Studio, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• You must provide accurate registration and delivery information.
• If you are ordering on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have their consent to use their delivery details.

INKZIO offers print-on-demand and personalized products for individual customers. Product images are representative; minor colour and size variations may occur due to screen settings, fabric batches, and printing processes. Custom products are made to order and are generally non-cancellable once production begins.

• You are responsible for reviewing design previews before checkout.
• We reserve the right to refuse orders that violate our content guidelines or applicable law.
• Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

• You may register with email/password or Google Sign-In.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
• Administrator accounts are issued separately and may not use consumer Google login.
• We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or repeated policy violations.

You retain ownership of artwork you upload. You grant INKZIO a limited, non-exclusive licence to reproduce, store, and transmit your designs solely to fulfil your orders and provide the Design Studio service.

• You warrant that you own or have rights to all uploaded content.
• Prohibited content includes hate speech, illegal material, counterfeit trademarks, and sexually explicit content involving minors.
• INKZIO may remove designs and terminate accounts that breach these rules.

• An order is confirmed only after successful online payment through Secure Payment Partners.
• Payments are processed through Secure Payment Partners using UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets as displayed at checkout.
• You agree to pay all charges, shipping fees, and applicable taxes shown before payment.
• We may cancel orders affected by pricing errors, stock unavailability, or payment fraud.

Orders are produced on demand and fulfilled through INKZIO's production partners, including Our Vendors or equivalent certified print facilities. Production timelines begin after payment confirmation and design validation.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, INKZIO's total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to approach the appropriate consumer forum in your district.
