Serviceable Areas
INKZIO currently ships to all serviceable pin codes across India through our logistics partners. Remote or restricted areas may experience extended delivery timelines.
Processing Time
- Standard production: 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
- Design validation: complex or high-resolution uploads may add 1 business day.
- Peak seasons (festivals, sales): processing may extend by 1–2 business days.
- You receive an email when your order moves to processing and when it ships.
Estimated Delivery
- Metro cities: 5–7 business days from dispatch.
- Tier 2 & 3 cities: 7–10 business days from dispatch.
- North-East, J&K, and island territories: 10–14 business days from dispatch.
Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping charge: ₹59 per order.
- Free shipping on orders ₹999 and above (merchandise subtotal before coupons or discounts).
- Shipping is calculated at checkout using your cart merchandise total.
Order Tracking
- Track orders from your INKZIO account under Orders.
- Tracking number and courier link are emailed when your package ships.
Delivery Attempts and Failed Delivery
Couriers typically make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the package may return to origin. Re-shipping charges may apply for address errors attributable to the customer.
Risk of Loss
Title and risk pass to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. Report transit damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
